Frankie Stein’s outfit is a blue frint buttoned dress with pink, balck and white pattern on it with a black vest/sweater tank top over the top. The vest has a diamond pattern on the front edged in blue and is worn with a silver three-stripe lightning-bolt belt over it. Frankie Stein wears leggings underneath the dress which are long silver on one leg and shorter black on the other leg.
